you do not have to convince me there is nothing owed to JPD - the intials used for the junior preferred stock by big yank

seems few of us - of frankly the moderate type - agree with big yank that any money that finds its way back to F and F will exit to preferred

(e.g. if the appeals court goes the nine yards and revokes the NWS - the ill gotten gains (my words) would go to the corporate entities .... and IMO would stay there to build up badly needed capital reserves

There is no BOD (?) and there is the FHFA (?) and it would totally knock me to the floor if either declared a cash dividend of any sort in this environment (argue the need for solvency and the role of conserve and conserve than then send out cash?)
