As stated numerous times before, the ol' 3a(10) deal can be put to rest as the deal went south and the vast majority of the shares have been returned or canceled.

Between January 2016 to August 2015, there were 190,937,509 traded with 731,733,869.00 sharescancelled based on IJJ Corporation’s increase in its daily share price was able to negotiate a decrease in obligation resulting in issued shares being cancelled and returned to the transfer agent as restricted shares.
