Ever see the film Der Untergang? Great film. If one has not seen it, one should; to get a better idea of what is being said above. It could be said, its also could be a lesson on cutting ones losses. As if its a sure thing to come up a total loss a few years. It would be better to surrender to it sooner and at least salvage something.
