Can't see any reason why Vanis would deserve another chance or that he's even trying to do anything to turn the company around. Like I said, he hasn't even come through on the CBD product on his timeline despite saying it was fully paid for and having one of his buddies as the purchaser. And really the energy company thing was his first chance and people warned about this company back then, then he screwed up Coffee Boost and then Fizz before the point this thing is at now. I'd highly doubt flippers are looking at this as going long, most will say they love it as long as they're holding and they won't be seen again after they sell to someone else, that's how the game is played.
