I noticed that LDS is considering a joint venture with another company to manufacture Canastrips but it never said that the other company will distribute them. However, I haven't found where WOFA is undermined in also manufacturing and distributing Canastrips. Wofa signed a "definitive" agreement with LDS. This should mean than terms are unconditional and that WOFA has rights unconditionally to manufacture and distribute the product. If WOFA is only able to manufacture 1,000,000 units per month who's to say LDS needs more manufactured? Perhaps WOFA doesn't have the capital to expand in order to manufacture more than 1,000,000 units per month without acquiring toxic debt. Please feel free to challenge my theory.
