No, it won't be good news

If Perlowin had good news in the filing, he would submit it today.

When the 2Q/16 report is filed, it's highly likely that there will be little (or nil) revenue from operations. The only other revenue that HEMP can claim is from consulting deals, which are paid in stock.

The only consulting contract announced in 2Q/16 was with Pazoo, which on June 9, the day the deal was signed, was trading at $0.0019. It is now trading at $0.0003, down 84%.

In early July, "HempLife" posted that HEMP's tranfer agent had told him/her that the OS was more than 754M shares, which if true, would be a nearly 200M share increase (+36%) from the end of 1Q/16:

Since Perlowin averages one press release per week, he'll probably issue another one sometime this week prior to the filing of the financial report, but it will likely be more hype than substance.
