Actual store openings and approved Recreational licenses are what shareholders and investors need to see now or this is just another pie in the sky fantasy.
Craig Frank is like the boy who cried wolf, except he's crying 'expansion coming soon' year in and year out.

Clearly according to the minuscule volume and dropping share price nobody in the village believes him anymore.

And why would they, KAYS is a sloppy SCAM.
