Sionic:
They have a bank now to use for our service, expected to launch MyECheck in July, they expect to go live on gas pumps in August

We have been granted another 2 week extension by the OTC on the annual report, so we will not be downgraded to OTC:Pink unless we fail to file before the end of the month. We are however expecting the auditors to sign off on the audit this week, so we fully expect to file before the new deadline.

I expect our Africa project to be announced by the bank in a week

Of course according to FB the Africa bank has been reviewing a PR for over 10 months now

Please do not mention any possible bank or partner names in Africa publically until the relationships have been announced through a formal press release. They are reviewing our draft PR and we are waiting for them to respond with their comments and PR release date.
