pacchini and roche never offered for roche to have a conversation with you, to report back to this board.

they are totally professional, and know that's incredibly bad practice. so... it just didn't happen.

So you know, Mr Roche has agreed to talk to me so I posed the question in hopes that it would limit everyone trying to do the same and stopping him from being responsive.

disagree with me? do you wish to claim suddenly roche is willing to talk with random shareholders, and pacchini gives his blessing?
