you also might want to keep this in mind.

what is dilutive to us would also dilute Gramercy and Blackrock.

Everyone was on board when the added the Chineese as an equity partner.
It was a strategic alignment of resources.

If there were some further dilution it would be at a level that would be acceptable to the organisations mentioned above.

The last I heard is that everyone is playing nicely in the sandbox.
