How long have you been around the pinks when you think our share structure is a bloated one?

Also why would you need to RS when there is no toxic financing here so no dilution is taking place.

I understand an RS is used widely in the pibks but when no dilution is taking place the share structure doesn't have to get readjust to make sure the sharks can keep converting their shares and get their money.

I'll be looking forward to your answer.
