People are using sell the news approach. In addition, here are few points to note -

1. The actual hemostasis numbers are not given - while 41% reduction is good - it is not as great as pre-clinical numbers which were amazing

Are the actual numbers in secs or minutes?

2. People had predicted CE Mark approval in 2016 - now the CE mark application itself has gone to end of the year - this means they have many steps before application to be performed

3. All this means more funding needed and dilution will come - the approval cannot before Q2-2017 (or end of Q1-2017) based on general timing for approval.

Mgmt has not said anything about partnership - all this means stock may take time to go above $1
