I believe he's unloading everything possible before the r/s. That's what these scams do, all the time.

He has already stated with me and other people over the phone that he can only take like 3% out a quarter, so to prevent CEO's and other likes from running on a company. maybe it was 1% every quarter but never the less he has ALOT of these shares and can only take a fraction out every few months from what I understand. Now the only thing people could say to this is well hes a liar and that is just an opinion and everyone is entitled to one. And this is just my opinion based off what he has told me, im no expert.
