You logic and statements are flawed. He already complained of being on a "shoe-string budget". And during the CC, he balked at the energy drink production run saying he was afraid of not being able to fill a Walmart re-order. This to me doesn't sound like much of a leader in the financial sector. He claims he was a broker. Not all brokers are successful. None of us have any idea who this Adrian character really is. We have no CV on file. We have no track record we can pull up to see how well he did as a broker. Your continued support and defense of him is highly suspicious.

Instead, Mel got us the next best thing: someone who understands the finance sector... which is important because growing businesses always need more money.

And we don't need this kind of advice:

Adrian is working the issue. People probably ought to hear him out to see what he finally comes up with as what he thinks is the best solution. If some people cannot do that, it is probably time for them to find an exit door.
