Look at the document of the publication on April 7, 2016, they say "the above identified application will be electronically published as a patent application publication..."

No mention of an approval. filed in october 2014, so we can expect a result not before decmber 2016-beginning of 2017 ( according the average statistics of Uspto). But we should expect a result later because the time frame is not often right.
