Nonsense is right, Why would KAYS pursue a retail license for Medical marijuana at all if the store(s) they say they are going to open 3rd quarter[still no building permits] coincide with Recreational licensing of Retail stores third quarter? Seems like a waste of time and money since they'll have to give up the Medical license if they want a Recreational license as Oregon will not allow a mj business to operate both Medical and Recreational under the same roof once they hold a Recreational license.

You'd think Craig knew the timeline for Rec. licensing was synchronous with planned openings when He decided to state very specifically in the 10k that KAYS would be seeking licenses from the OMMP [MEDICAL]as opposed to the OLCC[RECREATIONAL] especially since stores in Oregon have to choose one or the other[No dual licensing allowed]

From the 10k, Craigs own stated ambition for new stores says nothing about Recreational licenses:

On April 1, 2016 the Company executed a lease with the landlord and now subsequently filed for a provisional license from the OMMP. Upon securing the provisional license from the OMMP (approved but not yet received) the Company indents to commence with the building and find licensing procedure.

I know it seems strange that the very same company would make forward looking statements that are at odds with the fine print of the details of the truth if you can read between the lines, but really just another day here on the OTC where a sloppy SCAM like KAYS says one thing and does yet another.

This could very well be a planned failure as Craig plans out the next BIG REVERSE MERGER.
That would explain why KAYS hasn't lived up to its other stated goal:

a much larger market will open up for retail demand, which the Company intends to aggressively exploit

Not very aggressive when 200 other businesses in the state already have their Recreational Producers licenses, and KAYS is still making plans to secure Medical opportunities instead.
