Too bad KAYS probably isn't on that list of recreational license applicants.

According to their own statement from the 10k link that you provided is this telling gem:

On April 1, 2016 the Company executed a lease with the landlord and now subsequently filed for a provisional license from the OMMP. Upon securing the provisional license from the OMMP (approved but not yet received) the Company indents to commence with the building and find licensing proceduer.

As has been stated on this board time and again the OMMP/OHA is responsible for MEDICAL licensing only. Recreational Marijuana licensing is regulated by the OLCC ONLY.

No mention is made of acquiring a separate stand alone RECREATIONAL Marijuana license in the 10k. Not for the shops , not for the Grow, nada

And KAYS are not one of the 200 companies who have already been approved and secured a Recreational PRODUCERS license, of which there ARE CURRENTLY 6 PRODUCER licenses in PORTLAND [Multnomah county] . The competition in Portland is CURRENTLY growing recreational marijuana for their own stores to sell in October of 2016 when those who have prepared and executed their plans will be able to sell UNLIMITED RECREATIONAL Marijuana.

Marijuana Business Licenses Approved as of 7/29/2016:
http://www.oregon.gov/olcc/marijuana/Documents/MarijuanaLicenses_approved.pdf

So- Either KAYS has no intention, as it would seem when looking at the facts, of entering Recreational Marijuana {do I smell another reverse merger coming on?).
or
KAYS is an incompetently run company acting as proxy to an equally sloppy SCAM.

Neither scenarios make for a good investment. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
