Good summary, but Brookstein is in total control... What Shane and the rest of the previous Irish CEO's say doesn't have any power...

I haven't seen any evidence at all they are wiping out dilution and over 1.5 billion shares outstanding now is my evidence they are about to run out of shares and will do another REVERSE SPLIT...

But... maybe not... Any BETS on whether or not they get the filing out anywhere near close to the deadline??? Lol...
