Yes and No. KAYS ,as have most shops, have been allowed to sell LIMITED AMOUNTS OF MEDICAL marijuana to adults in the general public as an allowance given to the population and MEDICAL MJ businesses.
At this point in time the ONLY RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA in Oregon is produced by RECREATIONALLY licensed producers of which group, KAYS is currently not included. Truly RECREATIONAL MJ won't be sold until October when OLCC licenses for RECREATIONAL SALES will be awarded to those who qualify.
