7) No Cash Flow
8) Expired Business / State License
9) Limited Info / Non Current on OTC
10)Zillion Shares Out there
11)No Office other than Liquor Store
12)No Viable Business Partners
13)No Trading Volume
14)No News / Updates
15)No Press Releases

What am I missing and out of the above,

How many of these issues have been resolved
and are just noise of the past??
