Frame it. spot on... You've hit on what angers me about this company. I'm a fan of solar. I've designed a house that I can take solar because it's very efficient. Leading up to last years end. I thought I understood the plan and it was to remain on the NASD. Boy was I wrong. They've become as you just stated.
