I think the problem is you're confusing responding to court orders and lawsuits with running a operating business.
When you're sued, you don't get to say "Not me, I quit". You need to plead that to the court.
IBC can't get any money from DKAM, just add to their liabilities. They may try to get money from Cabo or CM, but good luck with that.
The best part is that IBC lost a shit-ton on DKAM. Always nice to see a toxic lender hoist by their own petard.
