Look at IFCR. They went current, then mentioned in their pr's takeovers of other companies with a lot of revenues. But after they went current they never released a quater filling again. The ticker has turned to delinquent. They raised their A/S to 10bln. It is trading at 0.0001 now. Same thing will happen here.
