Actually in reading the financials again. To made no mention in the year end of rupperts 2 lawsuits during 2015 or the shares issued in accordance with settlements. I'm no expert. But doesn't he need to as the CEO and signor of the reports. He certified that the company had no lawsuits against them either during the year or currently. Both statements are false
