What kind of professional CEO takes to a message board to answer Shareholders?

Fran, you've let down a lot of shareholders and you continue to do so daily.

I'm not going to sit here and sing your praises nor am I going to sit here idle and keep my mouth shut.

If you don't close on this additional water source the game will be over.... Same for paying off the huge debts and Loans you owe.
