He was buying at up to .013 at the end of March when the price was around .005. To me, that is being very aggressive. Most financing deals from someone else would have probably been in the range of .0005 or so.
I feel he is being extremely generous for the amount agreed on. He is here to make money, not be a charity. Just because he is paying .013 now does not mean that is what he thinks it is worth, its just that he is confident that it will go way higher than that.
