Reading the message of the market provides the missing information.
It revealed drilling in the JDZ had found gas not oil months before ERHC disclosed that fact.
It warned that the 7 cent public offering would fail long before Offor's decision not to participate was revealed.
It told anyone who would listen that ERHC's debt would be toxic.
It flashed a big warning sign that ERHC would max out the 3 billion authorized shares AND do a reverse split even as pundits swore it wouldn't happen.
It predicted the price would fall to triple zeros, and that it would return to that level after the reverse split while those who didn't believe bought and bought all the way down.
It told everyone the big jane/kaboom pump and dump was coming yet people were buying all the way up to 43 cents.
All of this was interpreted and posted by me, in real time, long before these events actually materialized. IHUB's posting history doesn't lie. Go back and read them all if you don't believe me, and read all the posts by others that ridiculed, scoffed, insulted and swore the opposite of all these things would happen.
In other words, the message of the market fills the void created by absence of information from the company. Does anyone actually believe ERHC would or could hide positive information about drilling this long?
