The fact that anyone thought the DEA would reschedule cannabis is laughable. It's not an issue for DEA to handle. Just because they've got the authority to do it doesn't mean it's their role. Anyone who's ever lobbied for the DEA to make the change was seriously misguided. All that effort should have been directed to Congress.
