Facts are facts. Read page 8 of the initial disclosure statement in 2014. It clearly states that a lawsuit from 2012 was pending and settled in August 2014. Fully disclosed. That subsequent agreement was not fulfilled by the company and triggered the 3a 10 lawsuit. Exactly as was stated earlier and what keeps getting twisted by this board. The debt was for 200k and was owed from 2011-2012 way before Ngcg was even a company.
