This is an email I received in response to a couple questions. His honesty and sincerity are apparent.

Allow me to apologize for the long delay in my reply, as I and other key company officers were out of the country for several days this week on business (we left Philippines the 27th, the day you sent this email), and access to English-language internet was quite difficult. We arrived two days ago.

I think the decline then was due to the figure in the SHO report. We do not believe this figure to be correct. We have received very recent market reports that several big brokerages are heavily short, I am not at liberty to divulge their names right now, but rest assured we are compiling more information in order to do the necessary actions. I understand making false, misleading, or inaccurate reports to SROs and/or NASD may be subject to fines/penalties, apart from other consequences.

People are people, and bashers are a breed of people who will exploit anything to scare shareholders, the same way that pumpers entice people to buy in a misleading manner. In order to make a good investment decision, due diligence is necessary, for which we encourage all shareholders and the public to check out our website:

http://www.pearlasianmining.com/aboutus.html

Of particular interest are the investor presentation and mining sites, which include pictures of one visiting shareholder at the minesite. Another shareholder just arrived today, Rick C of IHub, and he will be visiting both XYZ and Cagayan de Oro. Watch out for pictures of his visit to be posted soon.

Regarding the CD, the buyback is still ongoing. We shall immediately issue a PR once the buyback is completed with the DTCC's turnover to PAIM of all of the 90% or approx. 27 billion shares bought back. WE shall include procedures for converting CDs to common shares. Your broker should be sending you the CD certificate shortly.

We appreciate your suggestion, but I think issuing a PR saying we are a genuine company is a waste of $200 of shareholders' money. Our policy at PAIM is to enhance shareholder value through the ongoing buyback, and by making revenues in the shortest possible time, among others, and letting our results speak for themselves.

Our gold processing equipment will arrive in a few days, as we have said in a previous PR. Once we start production this month, we will definitely keep shareholders posted.

By the way, would you be interested to be included in a PAIM shareholders list? We just started one yesterday, and the main benefit is that members will receive their copy of PRs and other pertinent filings, sent the same day by e-mail. Please advise your willingness.

Thank you for your continued interest in PAIM.

Mr. Gotanco,

I was estatic to see the pps rise over the last couple of days. However, it has dropped considerably in the last two days. I dont know if it is because people are trying to bash the company into submission, but I did want to write and ask a couple of questions.

- Why do people think this company is a scam?

- Is there going to be news of actual gold production and when?

- In regards to the debenture, has it been completed and will I be getting a valid bond certificate in the mail?

- Would you consider a PR that states the intentions of the company and its validity as a real company?
