LOL...My post is accurate here and now.

Recreational Marijuana for KAYS is the key as they are the only "Recreational" Marijuana Company that is listed on the OTC.

Over and again this same statement has been addressed on this board as INCORRECT!
KAYS is a MEDICAL Marijuana company allowed to sell LIMITED recreational marijuana [as are most retail pot shops in Oregon] until they either file applications with the OLCC AND are APPROVED or until the end of 2016. At that time they will only be allowed to sell Medical marijuana until they can AND if they can get APPROVED for recreational licensing.

As important and telling is KAYS current inability to acquire a RECREATIONAL license for growing recreational marijuana as is evidenced by the list of licensed producers on the OLCC website where no mention of KAYS exists in the nearly 200 approved Recreational licenses granted to producers in the state already.

Without an OLCC recreational license for their grow, KAYS ability to sell recreational marijuana that comes from the grow won't exist period.

The reason that producer licenses are being processed and approved first is that producers need to be licensed before the retail stores so that stores have a supply from RECREATIONALLY LICENSED GROWS to sell in their newly recreationally licensed facilities.

NO RECREATIONAL PRODUCER LICENSE = NO VERTICAL MARIJUANA BUSINESS come 2017.

NO RECREATIONAL LICENSING = NOT A RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA COMPANY

My posts reflect my own conclusions and are based on my opinions only and on what I believe to be true. Take 'em or leave 'em.
