ecsl monitor has been in use for years...
it's adaptation to a watch was difficult but completed only recently. fda approval was completed in 2009 i believe. tim cook stated in the past year, while in europe if memory serves me, that they had a watch, but, were not interested in persuing it as a medical device due to time. ...... not that they wouldnt do it later with a new and separate device. i would think that apple would have ecsl watch on their radar, when it comes out and rocks the wearable market, the trucking industry and the medical monitoring home market.....to go mobile.
