So let me ask you this. Have you read this article?

The article references a "500%" increase of shares from March 31st (pre-split) to about 70M shares as of the proxy statement on Aug 5th.

So before the split even happened because according to this guy who wrote the article there was a 500% increase. However the SEC filing about the split says 17M post split share count.

Something about his "analytics" is way off.

Pre-split they were sitting about 340M shares because a 1 for 20 split brought it down to about 17M post split.

Analytics may not be my strong suit but I think this article does not do this guy justice with what he says.
