None of it makes sense

Alien if you were to believe anything posted here as fact or news, then management would not only be stupid but would have to be considered most horribly mismanaged in the history of any publicly owned entity. Any other company i could imagine would have its officers fired, its board replaced, everything short of riots in the street? This goes so far beyond mismanagement. Lets see what gets reported by, what is it Monday now. I have read posts here claiming to have made phone calls to Paul Giles (i don't know how cause every number i called is disconnected) or posts claiming to have emails from some CPA firm alleging filings by June, then july, then August. If as I suspect, this fraud again fails to file reports by say 8-15 shouldn't these emails, letters, or whatever they have be sent to the SEC as they would seem to me to be called EVIDENCE and violate a number of securities regulations....
