It looks like the parallels between Zwag Box, "Japan Needs Heroes", and the GSL are growing.

Delays, delays, and more delays, along with suspect explanations are the commonality, so far.

No SEC filings for almost a year, now.

And the taxman cometh. REDG hasn't been paying their taxes. IRS has placed a lien on the company. The levy comes next.

I no longer think a reverse split will happen. I think the company will declare bankruptcy.
