I beg to differ Catt
I looked into this last year about the time of the run-up and as I recall, ADRO cannot sale in the US either, they are simply banking /waiting on the US Patent expiration which is less than 2 and maybe even less than 1 year away by now and operating on the worse case scenario that should they succeed prior to expiry, then they would have to negotiate a royalty with ADXS.
