As I recall the ADXS / ADRO legal dust up in the US resulted in ADRO being permitted to continue their development and research activities. It's less clear it green lights their ability to actually bring a product to market. Assuming they ever reach that point, I think you'll see a further legal reaction from ADXS. Best case for ADRO is they strike a deal where they pay ADXS royalties for use of the Listeria platform. We could go into the nefarious and unethical behavior by ADRO company forerunners to gain back door access to Dr. Patersons scientific research, but that's another conversation entirely.
