"Verizon is already a public company, there is no need for RMTD shell...."

This not complete right ( only the first part of he sentence ) ,

first Verizon had bought Hughes Telematics.
After that Verizon founded the subsidiary Verizon Telematics for this sector.

Then Verizon Telematics ( and not Verizon !! ) acquired Telogis ( so also incl. the shell , share structure etc..) for a price of almost 1 Billion ( unaudited ) - Why ???

- and why so secret about that deal ?? The other deals are all officially announced in relationship about price ( and others) - only this one not ??!!

Then again Verizon acquired Fleetmatics ...why and not also by Verizon Telematics.??!!

There must be something going on , behind the doors

And now my thoughts are : Verizon Telematics , in the moment still a private co , will go public ( with the RMTD shell because they now owned it and its quicker and cheap to go public , so as probably planned by T before ) ... ticker name change, reverse split around 1: 100 , halted and then open in NASDAQ exchange with a starting pps of around $ 9 - $12 in relationship of the investments
( that would be huge )
After the closed deal from Verizon and Fleetmaics to the end of the year and Verizon Telematics went public before , they will integrated it also ,
Also Verizon planned to aquire one or two other software technology firm to pair with its data-heavy automotive technology ( probably Argus and/ or Movimento this year )

So they will complete their fleet management sector and later you'll find it all under Verizon's subsidiary Verizon Telematics ( probably under another name after they went public !! )

wait and we'll see what happened exactly

So go $$$ RMTD $$$ go ... let the play begin
