I don't understand how those details incur you to laugh your butt off in all caps.

And yet, there are other details you failed to post. The fact that Toomey put in another 30grand of his own money. The fact that professional fees increased this Q to seek a merger. The fact that Toomey bought shares with a conversion rate of $1.00 USD / share.
