That is exactly right. The big pharmaceutical companies have been fighting legalizing mj this hole time. With the drop in pain medication from the use of mj which has saved Medicare around 450 million dollars last year or estimated to save them. Throwing them 10-20 million to save 450 sounds like a good idea. The congress could change it too but that's probably the same way.
