This has NOTHING to do with Kallo Inc in ANYWAY. Guinea has been in talks with HUNDREDS of healthcare providers since the new election. That's why Kallo Inc never implemented anything in January, as Kallo suggested they would at the beginning of 2016.
New ministry of health is not interested in Kallo. Remember, the deal Kallo had last November was with decision makers in Guinea who are no longer decision makers in Guinea. There's a whole new group of policy makers in Guinea now. And they don't share Kallo's vision, nor the prior policy makers vision.
Remember, you don't vote to elect the new guy because he shares the same vision or ideas as the old guy. If that was the case they would have reelected the previous minister of health. Sorry.
