(Still a)Good Post...Now that the promissory note has been converted to liability free shares in VDI, and the paper value of a vtgdf share is a minimum of $.20...why do you think Mr. Kevin Michael Ulrich who co-founded at Anchorage Capital Group, converted $3.3 million into 1,381,475 shares of of VTGDF at a cost of $2.39 per share?
