Shares as you know are often offered in lieu of $$$ for services rendered.
Just about every stock out there I can show you a disgruntled person who thinks the CEO is a fraud and a crook.
Often times these people 1. either lost what they consider a great deal of money or 2. the CEO made an azz out of them in a business transaction or worse, promised them a position in the company and then fired em.
