New FB Post Transparency is evident. Client "Bank 1" language even reads like a facilitating vendor in place. MEC is not a bank, and is looking for a market-aggressive bank, itself. It is newsy, relevant, and clearly is not a regulatory filling(?). Africa is still not shown, but Seergate FB is transparent, even about how revenue happens. The one client, on FB, even showcased the transparency of it all to a visiting, African, Nation-State delegation.
