There were actually several different websites, mostly incomplete with stock photos and nonsense text. It almost seems like they are midstream in setting up a con-game.

And why incorporate in Nev. and Delaware, but not Arizona where they are headquartered and where most of their so-called mines are?

I wonder how those Chinese investors are feeling about Pannos's gold mine they bought into in Quartzsite? It probably hasn't sunk in yet they were screwed, but it will.....
