This was before the spin-off. FABU is no longer the parent.

As for the other thing you mentioned, reports are full of risk disclosure. Doesn't mean you should break out in tears every time. There wouldn't be an investable company left.
They already said they don't expect to be liable. They don't even know what for. If there had been an ongoing class action lawsuit against FABU, or something else, they would have disclosed it.
