So yes, he's not to be trusted. Period. He is crooked and this whole deal is starting to reek. Give me one good reason why imsc should not just sell and we cashout. That has always been the play .Not this pink dream. But I can tell you why Zapata is trying to raise money through this so called sell. The 2 guys have started a patent war and need more money for lawyers. This is all bs .I am staying in for the sell nothing more. If my exit out is only 75 cents and not the 2 bucks it should've been then so be it .
I have been contacted by several Americans in the water sport.they are saying the same things about patent lawsuits. Granted they may not want the competition but this VP history is not good. If zap is so great let them get to NASDAQ and we can invest accordingly then. Not as a pink dream while 99% of the real company gets sold off.
