Seems like a small company, ran by people in way over their head, who have a great idea, and maybe even a possibly solid product if it works, who are struggling to keep it afloat, and bouncing around from one "last hope" to another to try and make it happen.

Meanwhile, the sharks smell blood and are circling to take it for all it's worth and leave it empty.
