Or else an auction process out of bankruptcy like BINDQ secured a few weeks back...PFE increased its original $20 million offer to $40 million for certain(all?) assets. Delaware BK judge approved it. There may result a SH distribution of remains after necessary expenses are paid.

I am surprised to see RCPI share price in sub-penny range...now I feel fortunate in escaping RCPI with the large capital loss on 40k shares that I incurred...it could have been worse. Credentials notwithstanding, IMO the RCPI CEO and BOD remain incompetent to lead any company.
