Over the past 5 years, CDEx has had oodles of "products", even shiny sales brochures for the PS3, which "CDEX began marketing" in January 2003 - and which appears to be the "Meth Gun", as the PS3 was touted as being able to screen for and identify drugs using UV fluorescence in a hand-held gun that looked like a hair drier with the PS3 being remarkably similar to the Meth Gun. (BTW, Paige - be sure to look up "public use" and "on-sale bar" in 35 USC 102(b) in your patent research, willya.)
Lots of PRs, demos, and hype - but does CDEx ever have any PRODUCTS that will sell and generate significant revenues? CDEx has spent 5 (five) years and touted 10 (ten) products, including some that were marketed with little or no reported sales - although it as accumulated a stockholders deficit of MORE THAN $21,157,919 in paid-in capital.
EM-1x, MSSS-1x, FSSS, PSSS, AS3, SafePill, Brand Counterfeit Detector, Valimed, VAMMP, Meth Gun (or should we say the PS3-1x).....
.... and whatever "product" they put that touted pulse laser with 150 meter range in - *that would be eleven (11) "products" in five (5) years*.
But wait, there's even more! I forgot the nuclear waste head vent detector - that's twelve (12) "applications" or "products" touted by CDEx over the past five (5) years - the funny thing is they can't seem to focus on any one thing and demonstrate signficant revenue from SALES OF A PRODUCT.
Lots of PPer money, lots of insider share sales, 5 years, 10 (or 11 or 12) products - tons of DEMOS - shiny sales brochures, trade shows, reports, PRs, website updates, glowing FORECASTS, always a new product candidate every 6 months or so - BUT WHERE ARE THE SIGNFICANT SALES OF THESE 10/11/12 CDEx PRODUCTS?
